🏡 What’s Happening in Monterey Country Club: Fall 2026 Update

Well, neighbors, the snowbirds are coming back, the golf carts are out, and the real estate market has had quite a summer. Here’s the scoop on our little corner of paradise.

☀️ Summer sales (May through August)

  • 10 homes sold in our community
  • The middle price was about $598,000
  • Prices ranged from about $350,000 for a condo needing some love to $885,000 for a beautifully updated home
  • Homes took about two months to sell, on average
  • Sellers got about 96% of their asking price

🍂 What’s on the market now
About two dozen homes are for sale, asking from around $400K to just under $950K.

💡 Kay’s take
The updated homes with great views are still selling close to asking. The original-condition homes are taking longer and selling for less. Translation: buyers will pay for a fresh kitchen and a fairway view, and they’ll negotiate hard on everything else. If you’re thinking about selling this season, a little prep goes a long way.
